| Fully conversant with CSS, HTML and XHTML, you are an experienced website builder/developer and have at least 18 months solid full time commercial experience building quality websites to time and cost budgets, to recognised standards, and to exacting design requirements. You will also have good experience of constructing sites to W3C and WAI standards for multiple browsers and of using JavaScript, as well as at least a small amount of experience of using PHP/ASP and MySql, and be keen to expand your capabilities. Hard working and dedicated, you will be someone who takes pride in their work and can provide a proactive input into the building of a website. Competency with Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, Fireworks and other image processing software will also be helpful. Good timekeeping, written and verbal English and professional demeanor are essential. |

Freetimers’ web marketing business is very successful and growing at an amazing rate. To help consolidate and take our web marketing function forward, we seek an experienced SEO and Marketing professional to manage the web marketing team, further develop our products and service, implement new products as required, and liaise with existing and prospective clients presenting a professional, efficient and well performing service. The successful candidate will have a mature and professional business approach, be an excellent communicator used to producing reports, meeting deadlines and targets, and at ease dealing with clients from a wide range of industries and statuses. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be an organised, methodical, proactive, goal seeking and self-motivated individual able to motivate and direct others and ready for a management team position. Along with your management duties you will also remain directly involved in the development and implementation of search engine relevancy and optimisation strategies on our clients' websites, and to monitor and enhance their positioning on a continuous improvement basis.
Ideally you will also be competent in basic HTML and have experience of other key web technologies. You will enjoy a challenge, have excellent knowledge of how search engines work and other web marketing strategies, and take responsibility to ensure our management and web development team are kept up to date with the latest requirements of Google and the other major search engines.
This is a key full time role with excellent prospects for the right individual seeking to make an important contribution to this high growth area of our business.
