Freetimers has a team dedicated to supporting our clients. This means, when support is needed, you get it. We came to the conclusion we needed a dedicated team because after years of trying every other solution possible, it became clear that the using the same staff for new production as well as support was unworkable - the result was that neither support or production could carry on efficiently, because the needs of each constantly interrupted the needs of the other.
