We can provide you with email-only hosting, managed hosting including an email service, and anti-spam and malware protection, either as part of our managed service or as an add-on. We can also provide assistance setting up with Google Mail or Office 365.
Managed Hosting
For the vast majority of our clients, we provide a managed hosting service in which email is provided as a part of the service. Because we are providing a managed service, usually this means we look after domain names and all DNS and MX record settings for our clients, making sure in the process that all records required are in place and correctly established to ensure email runs smoothly. Email provision can be very complicated and so many customers wish to delegate this to us so then they can concentrate on running their businesses. All accounts are automatically backed up and clients requiring a deeper level of resiliency can have our standard back-up routines augmented to suit their needs.
Our standard email provision includes webmail as standard, so clients can log in, view and manage their email as necessary from wherever they may be, at any time of the day or night. Accounts can be either POP3 or IMAP, and we have a number space-related tiers to support what each client requires.
Email-Only Hosting
Using your domain name, we can also provide email-only hosting with the same provisions as for our general hosting. Contact us to find out more.
Anti-Spam, Virus and Malware Services
With our usual hosting, we provide some standard server-based protection which can be trained and also have both white and blacklists. For many clients, this is enough, but if you need more we also have our own enhanced hosting email service operating at both server and domain level which blocks 98% of spam, viruses and malware.
We can also provide a domain-targeted anti-spam service which you can control in a number of price tranches based on the number of email accounts required. Customers can also use their own choice of 3rd party filtering service.
